2012

Ready for a 2012 recap?

In February we became Mr. & Mrs.
In April and May we set out for a month long journey/Honeymoon...

Gator Hunting in Florida
We explored beautiful gardens in the Azores
Found a delicious fruit market in Spain and decided this is what heaven looks like.
Chad on the other hand believes heaven will look like this...
Other than almost getting pick pocketed, Spain was lovely
The Leaning Tower of Pisa should be on everyone's must see list. So neat!
Bought matchy matchy sweatshirts in Rome
Followed by the Roman Coliseum
We found a statue that we decided could only resemble one person, Voldemort. Don't you agree?
And we got pretty good at taking Myspace pictures
We saw a couple get engaged while visiting the Trevi Fountain
and then stumbled upon Gepettos work shop.
Visited the Pantheon
One of our favorite stops would have to be Paris.
We joke all the time about how fat we would become if we lived there because all we ate were fresh pastries and yummy bread.
We've decided that this will be our summer home when we've retired and all of our babies are grown. How lovely are those purple trees mom?
These crepes were to die for! Hot and fresh with nutella and strawberries.
Chad preferred eating from the "I heart Sandwich" shop across the street.
We both seemed to agree on the jumbo cotton candy
In July we flew to Colorado to go on a white water rafting adventure before my brother left for his mission to Monterrey Mexico.
In August we bought a yummy yellow house in Tempe and have had a blast making it our own.

Then we went on a Tyler family reunion to Disneyland!
In September we adopted a baby that would follow us around the house and get tired after simply eating our leftovers.

In October, November and December we must have gone into Holiday food comas because we have no pictures to show. We mainly spent a lot of time with family and drooling over our new nieces and nephew. Chad was called to be the Elder's Quorum Secretary in our new ward and I was called to be the secretary in the Young Women's Program. We have lots of meetings, but we are loving it and our new ward.

I'm not sure how 2013 could be any better but we're willing and ready find out!

  3. All those pictures and all I really saw was the gator expedition (I'm so jealous), the purple trees (my favorite color) and the crepes, which looked absolutely delicious! Adventure is out there and finding it together is the best!
